This Cancellation Policy applies to the Hunger 65 application (hereby referred to as the “Application”), operated by HUNGER 65 (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”).

Hunger 65 is committed to delivering freshly prepared food while preventing food wastage and ensuring fairness to our restaurant partners. By placing an order through the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.

Order Confirmation & Food Preparation

Once an order is placed and confirmed on the Hunger 65 Application, it is immediately transmitted to the selected restaurant.

Restaurants generally begin food preparation shortly after confirmation, which includes:

As all meals are freshly prepared specifically for each customer, prepared food cannot be reused, resold, or repurposed once cooking begins.

Cancellation Before Food Preparation

Orders may be eligible for cancellation only if the restaurant has not yet started preparing the food.

If a cancellation request is successfully made before preparation begins, any applicable refund will be processed according to Hunger 65’s refund timelines and payment provider policies.

Hunger 65 reserves the right to determine whether food preparation has started, based on system records and restaurant confirmation.

Hunger 65 strictly follows a no food wastage policy.

Delivery-Related Situations

If delivery is delayed due to factors beyond Hunger 65’s control, such as traffic conditions, weather, or operational delays, the order will remain non-refundable once food preparation has started.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unreachable customer, or failure to accept delivery, the order will be treated as completed and no refund will be provided.

Failed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues, including refusal to accept the order, the order will be marked as completed and 100% of the order amount will be charged.

Payment & Refund Processing

Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Hunger 65 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.

Abuse of Cancellation Policy

Hunger 65 reserves the right to restrict cancellation privileges, suspend or terminate accounts, or take necessary action in cases of repeated misuse or abuse of the cancellation system.

Policy Updates

Hunger 65 may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
