These Terms and Conditions apply to the Hunger 65 application (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by HUNGER 65 (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Application immediately.
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application useful and efficient. They reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated.

The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise security, expose your device to malware, and cause the Application to malfunction.

If you use the Application outside Wi-Fi coverage, your mobile provider’s charges may apply, including roaming fees. You accept responsibility for these charges.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged. The Service Provider is not liable if the Application cannot be accessed due to device failure.
While the Service Provider aims to keep information accurate and updated, they rely on third parties for some data. No liability is accepted for losses resulting from reliance on the Application.
The Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application at any time. Continued use requires acceptance of updates. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of any revisions.
